A guided mapping wizard validates room/rate links before go-live. When you publish, the system updates ARI per channel (including derived rates and exceptions), enforces channel-specific rules, and listens for new reservations/modifications/cancellations - auto-imported into the PMS with the correct rate code, board and taxes. Allotments decrement in real time, release periods trigger automatically, and every change is captured in an audit trail.
